AFCM Affiliate Bible School Application

Thank you for requesting information about AFCM International Training Centers. AFCMITC began its video training program with the vision to help Pastors disciple believers, equipping them with the ministry training that they need to fulfill the call of God on their lives.

Our desire is to make the Bible school flexible for you so you may set it up to meet the needs of your students. However, because it is an AFCM Bible school and accredited through TransWorld Accrediting Commission, there are certain standards that must be maintained so all graduates have the same curriculum and take all examinations. You may determine your starting date and set the school length for as long as it is needed to complete each module.

This application form includes Guidelines for Affiliate Schools, a Purchase for Use contract, and a list of courses and course descriptions. You will be notified when your school is approved. Once you have received this notification, please send the required fee of $525 by check to our AFCM Tulsa Office, PO Box 471407, Tulsa, OK 74147, or online at https://afcm.breezechms.com/give/online. You may also call the Willmar Office with your credit card information at 320-235-3838. After funds are received, please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping.

We have a sample school manual with ideas for setting up a school, as well as sample completion and graduation certificates. Please reach out to our office if you would like to receive these forms or if you have any questions.

Thank you for your interest in providing a life-changing opportunity for your local church body as your students become able leaders within the congregation, reach out to your community, and assist in building a strong local church.

If you have already leased or renewed your school module or level before one of these changes takes place, we expect you to continue with the curriculum you have. The changes do not affect the module or level you have leased or renewed.

Once your school has completed that module or level and you are ready to renew again, you will receive the new courses at no additional cost to you. You may also be asked to mail discontinued courses back to the AFCMITC office. However, if language translation is a concern, the school director may submit a request to the AFCMITC Director, and permission may be granted for the Director to devise an examination that would be language appropriate. If the required reading is not available in the indigenous language, the AFCMITC Director may provide a list of acceptable alternatives if available.
