PERSONAL/PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION

1 Timothy 3:1-7 describes the qualifications of those who serve as “overseers” in the body of Christ. These qualities focus on strong character and ministry experience. In addition to the Bible’s standards of what an “overseer” should be, we also believe that accountability safeguards your integrity. Because of this, we ask for two people to complete the Recommendation Form before we can process your application. These forms serve as affirmations of your character and ministry preparedness. One should be completed by someone familiar with your personal life, while the other by your pastor or a member of the church's pastoral staff. The submitter should be the person providing the recommendation.

The above named person is applying for credentials with the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers International. The questions listed below should be answered honestly and completely. Serious consideration will be given to your comments; therefore, we ask that you carefully complete this form. Your comments will be held in strictest confidence.
